焙茶秋月是火星或高溫炒過的煎茶，充滿了可愛的焙炒茶熱。我們的焙茶經筋棒，焙炒熱更濃，茶湯帶有焦糖的爐火湯湯。呈棕橘色，令人聯想起秋收時節的月，故名「秋月」。
焙茶適合去除易感，適合飯後食用，其咖啡因含量相對較低。

Hojicha, the roasted sencha
Houjicha is roasted sencha. Heated on fire or electric heater, houjicha has a special "roast" smell and hence the name in Japanese "Roast-Tea". Our houjicha is a dark roast houjicha giving more roast aroma. The color of the tea is brownish-orange, resembling moonlight in autumn harvest season.
Houjicha is suitable for drinking after a big feast and it has relatively lower caffeine.
