主要產於福建政和、福鼎。因其綠葉夾銀白色毫心，形似花朵，沖泡後綠葉托著嫩芽，宛如蓓蕾初放，故得美名白牡丹。湯色杏黃明亮或橙黃清澈。茶湯滋味清醇甘甜。
